Love this book! Have purchased several from this series. Easy to follow, even for younger kids. My kids (ages 6 & 8) will draw & use them for hours!

A great fun book that get both young and old into drawing with a very simple premise. Can I do a cool drawing start with a number?
I had book that were drawing with numbers when I was a kid, but nothing like this. We have so much fun drawing these with side walk chalk on the kitchen floor before I mop.
This book has some good ways to start learning to draw cartoon animals. With some more imagination you could expand to other things or animals.
I glad I got it, however, I wish there was more to it.
This is a great series to introduce drawing. It starts with familiar shapes and then builds on them in a simple and straightforward process. The designs are fun to draw without getting bogged down in sketching in the basic circles, ovals, and rectangles that are used in most other "how-to draw" books. Videos of Steve Harpster doing some of the drawings from the book are easily found on YouTube.
